Operate and maintain integration rigs and industrial test facilities for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical aircraft systems.
Design and commission test set-up facilities, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Define and execute test procedures based on Laboratory Test Requirements, applying pass/fail criteria and writing official test reports.
Analyze test data recorded during validation activities, ensuring compliance with MIL-STD-704, DO-160, and AMD-24 standards.
Coordinate test activities and campaigns (Kick-Off, TRR) with internal stakeholders like Design Offices, Procurement, and Quality.
Enforce regulatory compliance, including internal quality standards, safety regulations, Product Regulatory Compliance (PRC), and Export Control (ITAR/EAR).

Education: Industrial or Aeronautical Engineering degree, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in testing engineering, validation, and verification focused on aircraft integration rigs or test benches.
Soft skills: Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach with excellent communication and coaching skills to mentor junior engineers.
Languages: Advanced/Negotiation level in English and Spanish.
Technical knowledge: Control and data acquisition hardware (National Instruments, Beckhoff) and scripting software development (LabVIEW, VeriStand, DIAdem).
Valuable / Nice to have: Previous experience in interconnection wiring, hands-on bench assembly, or knowledge of German, French, or Italian.
