How you'll make an impact

  • Coordination of Operational Activities: Oversee all operational activities related to the realization of the project
  • Budget Monitoring: Follow up on budgets, including cost control, profitability tracking, and guarantees
  • Planning and Follow-up: Plan and monitor activities to ensure the desired deadline is met
  • Safety Monitoring: Ensure safety during project execution
  • Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Select and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and subcontractors, and coordinate and follow up on their activities
  • Project Documentation: Provide all documentation and technical specifications to involved parties and ensure compliance
  • Customer Relations: Maintain technical-commercial relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a project team composed of project engineers and subcontractors

Your background

  • Higher technical education (preferably in electrical/energy engineering)
  • Experience in project management within the energy sector
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Organizational talent, analytical mindset, good communication skills, commercial insight, and negotiation capabilities
  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad
