Manage and execute the improvements, productivity, renovation and other types of projects in the energy management system, utilities distribution and sustainability achievement projects.

Improve and stabilize a performance and reliability of energy management system, utilities distribution network and develop new technical solutions improving the performance, stability and sustainability of energy systems in the plant.

Realize all technical installation in accordance with related safety, food safety and other regulatory requirements (fire protection, environmental impact, ergonomic aspects).

Monitor, evaluate and report plant KPIs regarding energy management and sustainability improvements criterias.

Coordinate and manage a group of building workers ensure of construction activities, repairs of construction parts of buildings and related land within the MDLZ plant.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Energy Management System - implement, maintain, upgrade and update Energy Management System at plant level to monitor and report energy and sustainability KPIs.
  • For energy generation and distribution area and for facility management, develop proposals for investment plan, coordinate the preparation of investment projects for improvement, extension and maintenance, including collaboration with other departments of plant (production, quality assurance, planning, warehousing, engineering etc.).
  • Prepare and process a documentation for technical feasibility studies, select the external organizations and develop an organizational approach to realize the identified area for improvements at plant sustainability level.
  • Develop and provide documents for the investment plan and transmit it to BD &Engineering department to release appropriation request for capital investment.
  • Manage implementation of investment projects, lead the project team, and collaborate with future users. Collaborate with procurement department on the bidding and procurement activities. Develop appropriate technical solution in collaboration with cross-category specialists respecting related requirements from process, safety, ergonomy, fire protection and other perspectives. Manage failure mode and effects analysis, evaluated potential risk, develop corrective action and appropriate solution.
  • Coordinate the activities of external suppliers or plant maintenance staff involved in project to respect all safety, security and fire protection requirements, supervise the execution of the works and correctness of implementation including commissioning work. Execute an evaluation of the actions and tasks including the contribution on implementation (post mortem analysis).
  • Handles the operation and organization of the provision of chemistry, service and repairs in front of wastewater treatment plants before it is discharged into the external sewer.
  • Manage application of legislation requirements and assure its active implementation on all realized investment activities from safety, food safety and fire protection area.
  • Assure compliance of realised projects with the requirements of IMS (Integrated Management System) ISO 9001:2000, 14000, 18000, 22000, QPE, SSE rules, reporting, other duties.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Document activities and provide data as requested.
  • Possible participating on other projects.

Job specific requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sustainability Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, including areas such as Engineering, Safety, Security & Environment (SSE), Energy Management, or Facility Management.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong technical mindset with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams.
