• Earn $900–$1,800 weekly with base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

At Mpower Energy, you’ll help homeowners learn about clean energy while building your own skills and career.

• Talk with homeowners about renewable energy

• Help customers save money on their energy bills

• Assist customers through the enrollment process

• Learn sales and communication skills through training

• Work toward personal and team goals

• Grow into leadership and management opportunities

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, confident attitude
• Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Growth-minded and open to feedback
• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required (full training provided)
