Responsibilities

What You'll Do as an Energy Sales Representative

You'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to the benefits of renewable energy, and guide them through available clean energy solutions.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales opportunity where you'll build relationships, generate leads, develop a sales pipeline, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Like a Pro: Use targeted outreach, lead generation strategies, and networking to connect with homeowners who may benefit from renewable energy.
• Own Your Territory: Manage your assigned territory, identify potential customers, and consistently build and maintain your sales pipeline.
• Sell the Value: Educate homeowners on renewable energy options and explain how switching to clean energy may benefit their household.
• Close with Confidence: Build trust, address questions and objections, and guide interested homeowners through the sales and enrollment process.

Compensation & Perks

• On-Target Earnings: $36K–$58K+ annually.
