Entry-Level Sales Representatives to educate residents about energy efficiency programs and help them make cleaner, greener energy choices. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Educate residents on energy efficiency and green energy solutions.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process.
- Build strong communication and customer service skills.
- Work alongside experienced leaders and mentors.
- Contribute to a team focused on growth, integrity, and success.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
Compensation
Weekly PayOur compensation structure rewards consistency, performance, and leadership with multiple opportunities to increase your earnings.
Earning Opportunities Include
- Base Pay: +$15,600 - +$35,000 yearly.
- Uncapped Commission: +$35,000 - +$150,000 yearly.
- New Hire Performance Bonus (Bingo) for new hires: $500 - one-time bonus.
- New Hire Quota Bonus (50 in 5): $1,000 - one-time bonus.
- Weekend Incentives: Commission paid out 1.5X more Sat-Sun—additional +$100 to +$2,500 Weekly.
- Promotion Bonuses: +$5,200 with each promotion - total potential earnings +$25,800.
- Pop-Up Performance Bonuses: Manager's discretion: +$1,200 to +$2,400 yearly.
- Team Competitions & Incentives: Companywide and inter-office Competitions. (Individual & Teams) +$2,000 to +$10,000 Yearly.
- Driver Stipend (eligible positions): +$200 Weekly.
- Meter Madness Team Bonus: Winning office receives a +$10,000-$12,000 split among the team.
