We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our busy Contact Centre team as an Energy Sales Advisor This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and expanding operation, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and deliver an excellent experience at every interaction.
About the Role
As an Energy Sales Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound energy sales confirmation verifications across multiple channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. You will engage with UK-based customers and employees, supporting the closure of energy sales, ensuring all interactions meet compliance and quality standards.
