Energy Product Maintenance Engineer (contractor)

Rijswijk, the Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for new energy products, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure smooth execution of projects, maintenance activities, and issue resolution.
Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and new application scenarios to enhance problem-solving capabilities and business adaptability.
Undertake regular business travel as required and ensure efficient and high-quality execution of on-site work.
Requirements:
Experience in product maintenance or development within mechanical, electrical, thermal management, or new energy sectors is preferred. Industry experience in new energy, thermal systems, or electromechanical fields is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel regularly to on-site locations and work effectively in dynamic, fast-changing, and sometimes demanding environments.
Strong ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the field with a proactive and responsive mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience collaborating across teams, functions, or regions to drive effective problem resolution.
A proactive learner who is open to new technologies, adaptable to evolving scenarios, and capable of quickly acquiring new knowledge and skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with a positive, hands-on attitude.
Demonstrates solid logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond effectively to on-site challenges.
