Work Setting Onsite and In-Office.

Core Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Pay Type: Salary, paid bi-weekly ( Starting salary determined through the interview process and based on experience)

Territory Coverage:

This position oversees Energy operations for our Northern Territory, covering the Chippewa Valley region from Milltown, WI to Waumandee, WI.

Energy Operations Manager - Essential Responsibilities:

The Energy Operations Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of Energy and Fuel/LP Delivery operations (Northern Territory). This includes operational planning, evaluating potential business opportunities, reviewing proposals and bookings, and ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused delivery services. The role provides coaching, counseling, and training to delivery and service teams to strengthen skills, performance, and engagement. This position also carries full responsibility for customer satisfaction and for the execution of delivery contracts, including cost management, labor oversight, scheduling, invoicing, and collections.

• Plans, supervises, and coordinates personnel for the Energy (Fuel & LP) Delivery teams
• Builds and strengthens talent, engagement, and performance within the delivery team
• Oversees maintenance, repairs, and replacement of equipment
• Ensures all work locations within the assigned territory are maintained in excellent condition
• Performs quarterly inspections of equipment, products, and vehicles at work locations within the assigned territory, as well as products at customer sites
• Maintains required documentation to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal standards
• Implements and improve processes to reduce administrative data entry
• Manages assigned key accounts within the portfolio
• Partners closely with Administration and Delivery Driver teams to ensure smooth process flow.
• Ensures safe operations at all locations and safe use of equipment in compliance with state and federal safety regulations
• Identifies opportunities to utilize service and delivery resources across divisions
• Maintains professional appearance standards for delivery personnel and equipment
• Enhances customer service processes related to deliveries, dispatching, and follow-up
• Strengthens ALCIVIA’s ability to recognize customer needs and deliver exceptional service
• Implements and improves technology use for customers, employees, dispatching, communication, record-keeping, and equipment management
• Collaborates with other business unit leaders to provide and receive cross-divisional support
• Leads the implementation and execution of the leak check and regulator upgrade program
• Establishes and manages after-hours schedules in partnership with TASCOM
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Energy Operations Manager - Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in energy operations, service, or project management
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Ability to prioritize and delegate work based on critical needs
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Clear, compelling, and consistent communication skills

• Maintains a professional, poised, and customer-focused demeanor

Energy Operations Manager - Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with regular visits to field sites
• Occasional overnight travel required
