We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Energy Modeler to join our growing national Energy Services team. This position will support a diverse portfolio of federal, aviation, higher education, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects by performing energy modeling, compliance analysis, life-cycle cost analyses (LCCAs), facility energy assessments, decarbonization studies, and building performance evaluations. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-performance building design, federal facility energy studies, advanced HVAC system assessments and optimization, and economic evaluations that help clients improve building performance and make informed capital planning decisions.

This work will include evaluating building systems and energy performance, supporting compliance and planning efforts, and helping clients identify strategies that reduce operating costs while advancing long-term sustainability goals.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team working on nationally significant projects across multiple market sectors while collaborating with recognized experts in building performance, energy analysis, and mechanical systems. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including geothermal systems, building electrification, advanced controls, and net-zero design approaches, while contributing to a practice that values technical excellence, innovation, mentoring, and continuous professional growth.
