Key Responsibilities

EnMS Implementation & Governance

  • Support day‑to‑day operation of the EnMS in conformance with ISO 50001:2018 requirements.
  • Coordinate implementation of Management Review, internal audit, and external audit actions.
  • Maintain EnMS documentation, registers, and records in line with IMS document control requirements.

EnMT Coordination, Facilitation & Reporting

  • Plan and coordinate EnMT meetings (quarterly and ad‑hoc); issue agendas, prepare MoMs, and track actions via ATR.
  • Ensure timely information flow from assets and functions to the MR and EnMT Chairman.
  • Prepare periodic EnMS performance reports, dashboards, analysis, and executive briefs.

Energy Review, Data & Performance Monitoring

  • Support development and updates of Energy Review Register, EnBs, EnPIs, EDCP, and Energy Performance Scorecards.
  • Coordinate with assets, Metering, and Sustainability to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and punctual reporting.
  • Support development of asset‑wise EnPI dashboards (e.g., Power BI / Digital Twin initiatives).

Improvement Initiatives & Long‑Term Programs

  • Coordinate identification, prioritization, and tracking of energy improvement initiatives (short‑, medium‑, and long‑term).
  • Track implementation against targets and milestones; escalate risks and delays.
  • Support preparation and monitoring of the Five‑Year Energy Performance Improvement Plan (2026–2030).

Audit, Compliance & Assurance

  • Support internal EnMS audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs with effectiveness checks.
  • Maintain and support surveillance and re certification audits.
  • Facilitate demonstration of EnMS conformance across support functions (Procurement, Talent Development, Technical Services).

Awareness, Competence & Engagement

  • Coordinate EnMS awareness campaigns, policy rollout, and induction of new EnMT members.
  • Maintain EnMT competence records and support training programs (Awareness, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor).
  • Liaise with Communications and CI teams to promote energy culture and recognition programs.

Required Competence & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Energy, or related discipline
  • Strong practical knowledge of ISO 50001:2018 (Lead Auditor preferred - or qualify within six months)
  • Experience in energy management, operations, or technical services (oil & gas preferred)
  • Strong coordination, data analysis, and reporting skills (Excel skills - Power BI skills preferred)
