A motivated consulting professional with experience in one or more areas of the energy value chain, including Upstream, Midstream, Downstream Refining, LNG, Retail Fuels, Trading & Commercial, or Energy Operations You are eager to deepen your expertise while helping energy clients solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable results.

The Work
Support the delivery of management consulting, business transformation, and system implementation projects across the energy value chain, including Upstream, Midstream, Downstream Refining, LNG, Retail Fuels, Trading & Commercial, and broader Energy Operations
Analyze business processes related to operations, maintenance, reliability, asset management, supply chain, commercial functions, workforce productivity, and operational excellence
Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives focused on Data & AI, including data strategy, data governance, advanced analytics, AI-enabled decision support, predictive maintenance, asset performance optimization, digital operations, and the application of emerging technologies to improve business outcomes
Support clients in identifying opportunities to leverage GenAI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven insights to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve reliability, and enhance operational performance
Contribute to initiatives focused on Supply Chain Optimization, Cost Takeout, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, Asset Performance Management, and Enterprise Modernization
Develop client-ready analyses, business cases, presentations, documentation, and recommendations that support executive decision-making and strategic planning
Assist with program execution, including project planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk management, and status reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture and client teams across business, operations, technology, and data workstreams
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and support the delivery of high-quality outcomes that create measurable business value
Help clients navigate complex industry challenges, improve operational performance, accelerate growth, modernize capabilities, and drive sustainable transformation across their organizations
What You Need
Minimum 3 years of experience within the energy industry, including experience in one or more of the following areas: Upstream, Midstream, Downstream Refining, LNG, Retail Fuels, Trading & Commercial, Power & Utilities, or broader Energy Operations
Experience working for an energy company, energy services provider, engineering organization, technology provider, or consulting firm serving energy clients
Exposure to management consulting, business transformation, system implementation, operational improvement, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives
Experience supporting business, operational, commercial, technology, or supply chain functions within energy organizations
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Points
Experience or strong interest in Data & AI, including advanced analytics, AI-enabled business processes, predictive insights, GenAI, automation, data strategy, or digital operations
Experience supporting initiatives related to Supply Chain Optimization, Cost Takeout, Operational Excellence, Asset Performance Management, Reliability Improvement, or Workforce Productivity
Familiarity with operational processes across energy organizations, including operations, maintenance, reliability, asset management, supply chain, commercial functions, trading, or field operations
Prior project delivery experience supporting business process improvement, technology-enabled transformation, enterprise system implementations, or organizational change initiatives
Experience working with energy clients in regulated, capital-intensive, or operationally complex environments
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a desire to grow within a consulting environment
