What will you do with us?

• Monitor the operation of energy plants and record key parameters during each shift.
• Control the operation of systems for the production and distribution of energy and utilities (water, steam, CO2, air).
• Perform minor repairs and participate in the maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Participate in regular inspections and monitoring of plant operations in the brewery.
• Monitor and control the performance of cooling, heating, and compressed air systems.
• Check process quality and parameters (e.g. CO2, water, glycol) according to the testing plan.
• Participate in the maintenance of wastewater treatment systems.
• Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers in maintenance and system operations.
• Participate in troubleshooting faults and leakages in distribution systems.
• Control the receipt of raw materials and ensure their quantity and quality.
• Maintain required documentation, records, and checklists.
• Participate in training activities and, when needed, support the training of other employees.

This job is for you if you:

• You have completed secondary education in a technical field (mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or a related discipline).
• You hold a Compressor Station Operator Certificate (considered an advantage); otherwise, training and certification can be obtained after joining the company.
• You have previous experience in similar or related positions (considered an advantage).
• You are familiar with machinery and equipment used in a production environment.
• You understand basic technological processes and can work according to established procedures.
• You are responsible and committed to following all safety regulations and procedures.
• You enjoy teamwork and possess strong communication skills.
• You are willing to work in a shift pattern that may occasionally include weekends.
• You are motivated to learn and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

What we offer:

• A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 1.500,00–2.100,00 (depending on shift work and previous experience)
• Transportation allowance in the amount of a monthly public transport pass

1.500,00 - 2.100,00 EUR (raspon plaće) + 13% ciljani kratkoročni poticaj.
