The Energy Finance Graduate Program is an 18-month journey designed to give you broad exposure to Alpiq’s Financial Services division. Through three rotations across different finance teams, you will gain hands-on experience in financial controlling, valuation and strategic project work, while contributing to the financial steering and performance of the company.
Finance plays a critical role in enabling Alpiq’s strategy, supporting investment decisions, managing financial risks, and ensuring transparency and governance in a fast-evolving energy market.
Your profile
• Legal right to work in Switzerland without requiring employer-sponsored visa support
• Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, banking and finance, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field
• Graduate by the program start date (October 2026)
• A strong passion for the energy sector and a desire to expand your knowledge
• International mindset, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Determination, resilience, and team spirit will make you succeed in this role
• Being empathetic, results-oriented, and flexible are your additional assets
• Availability to work in Olten or Lausanne (Hybrid)
• Full proficiency in English, additional languages are an energy plus
