As an Energy Digitalization Intern, your mission is to accelerate energy digitalization across factories. You will help turning monitoring data into clear insights that unlock actionable energy and financial savings. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with your line manager and with factory and engineering stakeholders across sites using the monitoring ecosystem. This is your opportunity to make an impact while gaining hands on experience and mentorship to kick-start your career.

How you wi­ll make an impact as an Energy Digitalization Intern

  • Support monitoring dashboards and insight views in short cycles sites to act quickly on what matters most
  • Integrating factory data into cloud monitoring solutions and strengthening data quality to build trust in the numbers
  • Support the prototyping of Python-based analytics and data pipelines to automate detection logic (anomalies, baselines, opportunity sizing) that scales across factories
  • Advancing new tools (such as AI) for robust energy data capture, modelling, and simulations to speed up engineering decisions for decarbonization projects
  • Maintaining a clear single source of truth for energy KPIs, tool updates, and savings tracking so teams can execute consistently

What will make you successful

  • Current Bachelor or Master student (or recent graduate) in Computer Science, Sustainability Engineering, Data Sciences or related field
  • Bringing strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Having hands-on coding experience (Python is a plus) and confidence working with data management approaches to build reliable pipelines
  • Being proactive, curious, and comfortable learning fast­ using modern analytics and AI-enabled methods to prototype, test, and improve solutions
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning
  • Communicating fluently in English (written and spoken).
