Purpose of the Position – Energy Champion – Front of the House

The Energy Champion supports the Amalfi Llama Management Team in executing opening, closing, and overall shift responsibilities. This role promotes the company’s culture and values through professional leadership and by creating a vibrant guest experience.

The Energy Champion interacts with guests to provide personable, helpful, and efficient service while contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Serving and/or bartending shifts will be required in addition to management responsibilities.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role requires prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements. Team members will work in a fast-paced, sometimes loud environment with exposure to hot and cold conditions and kitchen equipment.
Occasional travel may be required for training or operational support, including overnight stays with short notice. Training may occur on-site, off-site, online, or by phone.

  • Demonstrates passion and leadership aligned with our culture and values – EDC!
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Food Manager Certification required
  • TIPS Certification required
