Lead a program that keeps families safe and comfortable at home. Hill Country Community Action Association is hiring an Energy Assistance Program Director to oversee utility assistance services for households across our service area. This full-time, salaried role reports directly to the CEO and is based at our Central Office.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations of the Energy Assistance Program and supervise program staff
• Develop program policies, procedures, and the annual Service Delivery Plan
• Build and monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and submit reimbursement requests
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funders and our Board of Directors
• Train staff on the application process and review applications for accuracy
• Partner with other agencies and programs to make the most of available resources

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills
• Experience serving low-income communities is a plus
• Accuracy with numbers, data entry, and reporting
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
