Lakeland Co-op is currently seeking a Energy Admin Clerk for our Energy Department in Bonnyville, Alberta.

What you’ll do:
We are looking for an Energy Admin Clerk who is eager to be a part of a great team, enthusiastic about representing and handling our products, can work alone, and has the skills and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Our Energy Admin Clerk will:
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document management, recordkeeping, and reporting.
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure efficient routing and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and place fuel orders to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Prepare and update records related to petroleum deliveries, fuel inventory, maintenance, compliance, pricing, and billing.
- Assist with billing for energy sales items such as fuel, oil, and lubricants.
- Monitor market trends and assist with fuel pricing adjustments; implement approved pricing changes in internal systems.
- Schedule and track repairs and maintenance for vehicles and fuel equipment.
- Assist with location maintenance as needed.
- Ensure all vehicle permits, CVIPs (Commercial Vehicle Inspection Programs), and related documentation are current and compliant.
- Assist with third-party compliance systems such as ISNetworld (ISN) and ComplyWorks, including document uploads, audits, and reporting.
- Keep safety as a top priority
- Represent Lakeland Co-op in a professional and positive manner
Who you are:
We are seeking candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- Good communication skills and strong customer services skills
- Honest and trustworthy, strong work ethic, and striving to be the best at what you do
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; experience in the energy, transportation, or petroleum industry is considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of dispatching, fuel ordering, and driver coordination.
- Familiarity with ISN, ComplyWorks, and compliance management systems preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with industry-specific software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening and a Criminal Record Check
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract
