Description

As an Energy Account Manager, you will manage and nurture relationships with our energy sector clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving growth and retention through tailored energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and business goals.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized energy solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling energy products and services to existing clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Reporting: Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
