EndRun LLC is a technology consultancy dedicated to direct collaboration with DoD mission partners to develop technology solutions to solve real National Security challenges. Our programming includes critical technology & venture creation, lab-to-market commercialization, and direct funding and contracting support to develop prototypes, training and support for entrepreneurs and the tech workforce needed to ensure these startups and our mission partners succeed.
• Develop and maintain a structured startup and technology pipeline within the regional defense innovation ecosystem; support relationship tracking via CRM and data management systems
• Provide analytical support for client engagements by tracking requirements, documenting needs, and aligning client objectives with program deliverables
• Define, document, and monitor project scope, objectives, and deliverables; ensure consistency and alignment with program goals
• Build and maintain startup progression frameworks and maturity roadmaps using data-driven insights to guide companies toward targeted outcomes
• Support founder and entrepreneur engagement by coordinating check-ins, tracking milestone progress, and identifying gaps requiring additional resources
• Conduct analysis to inform recommendations on advisory support, capability development, pitch readiness, and funding pathways
• Collect and analyze ecosystem-wide data to identify capability gaps and programmatic opportunities; contribute to quarterly and ad hoc reporting
• Develop, track, and report on KPIs and impact metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making
• Support technology assessments through research, comparative analysis, and documentation to evaluate startup solutions against Mission Partner needs
• Produce briefings, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
• Support industry engagement through research, background material preparation, and post-event analysis to inform relationship development and program growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
