EndRun LLC is a strategic technology accelerator dedicated to direct collaboration with Department of War mission partners to develop technology solutions to solve real National Security challenges. Our programming includes critical technology & venture creation, lab-to-market commercialization, direct funding and contracting support to develop prototypes, training and support for entrepreneurs and the tech workforce needed to ensure these startups and our mission partners succeed.
About The Role:
The Ecosystem Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in our success by establishing relationships with all stakeholders across the ecosystem, leveraging their experience with and knowledge of the DoW acquisition ecosystem to assist stakeholders in identifying and articulating innovation needs, and assisting non-traditional businesses as they seek to connect their technology to DoW stakeholders.
Role is located in Phoenix, AZ and will require 30% Travel
What You'll Do:
• Build strong relationships with DOW mission partners across all military branches
• Define, design, and develop new technology solutions with internal and external stakeholders to address critical DOW needs
• Plan and deliver information and coaching sessions for OnRamp Hub: Arizona portfolio and program companies
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential mission partner applications
• Design, develop, and deliver prototypes and products to meet mission partner needs
• Track, analyze, and report on innovation metrics and activities
• Produce whitepapers, reports, and presentations as requested
• Partner with the Program Manager to develop processes and policies that foster a company-wide culture of innovation
• Manage the activities and performance of direct reports
What Else You'll Bring:
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of various collaboration and project management tools
• Knowledge of multiple agile methodologies, such as lean startup, scrum, design thinking
• Intimate knowledge of the DoW, including cultural practices, acquisition methodologies, funding mechanisms
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and interdisciplinary teams to achieve a shared goal
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in any field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Possess an active security clearance (preferred)
• A minimum of 4 years of service in the military is preferred
