Who We Are Seeking:

At Spectro Cloud, we are in search of a talented individual to join our IT team in supporting the growth of our business to mature and scale.

As an Endpoint Security Systems Administrator within our organization, you will be instrumental in securing our employees and teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless systems integration through a combination of automation, technical architecture, and clear communication. As well as maintaining efficient processes and reducing technical debt. A core component of this role, you will ensure our environment remains secure and we meet our certification posture.

In this role, we encourage you to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, thereby ensuring that our business remains innovative and ahead of the curve.

What You Will Do:

  • Architect and manage our MDM environments in JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune

  • Design and manage our endpoint security posture while enabling our workforce to stay productive.

  • Partner with internal security teams to achieve and maintain our security certifications using Vanta.

  • Manage SentinelOne for EDR and partner with our MSSP for response.

  • Ensure system integration for automated workflows enabling seamless employee lifecycle management.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • 8 years minimum experience in an IT Ops role with a proven track record in a scaling company.

  • Experience executing with a team working asynchronously and coordinating cross-organization support.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams solving hard problems and completing complex deliverables with quality.

  • Excellent analytical and research skills necessary to understand and interpret information security-related risk, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Direct experience supporting MDM zero touch deployments with Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot.

  • Experience with SentinelOne or similar EDR and managing findings.

  • Security Certification experience in SOC 2, ISO, FedRamp, or other security environments using Vanta or other GRC automation tools.

  • OTE (Salary+ Bonus) range: $162,000-200,000 DOE

The Hiring Process
