Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Alfond Center for Health, Augusta
Schedule: 40-32 hours/week
Shift: Days, variable hours
In this role, the RN will provide continuity of care throughout the patient’s endoscopy experience—from preparation through recovery. The RN will conduct pre-procedure calls, provide patients with individualized education and instructions to help them prepare for their procedure, and ensure they understand what to expect before, during, and after their visit. Following the procedure, the RN will complete post-procedure follow-up calls to assess recovery, answer questions, reinforce instructions, and identify any concerns that may require additional follow-up. The RN will also provide clinical support on the endoscopy floor as needed, working alongside the care team to meet patient and departmental needs. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting them throughout their entire endoscopy journey.
$35.00 - $61.25
The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
