Endodontist | Full-Time | Riverside, California

About the position

We're an established endodontic practice in Riverside, California, and we're adding a full-time endodontist. Our referral base is strong and steady, built over years with dentists across the Inland Empire, so your schedule fills from the start.

• Full-time endodontics with a consistent case volume
• CBCT imaging, digital workflow, and fully equipped operatories
• Experienced clinical and front-office team that keeps the day running smoothly
• Clinical autonomy, with room to build your own relationships with referring dentists
• Long-term growth and potential partnership

Compensation and benefits

• 43% of collections on the services you provide, made possible by high collections and strong reimbursement rates
• $2,000 per month for your first year to help with student loan payments while you ramp up
• Relocation assistance (negotiable), plus guidance on California licensure
• $2,500 a year for continuing education, including travel and course fees
• Four weeks of paid time off
