Job Description

About the POSITION:

Endodontist – Atlanta, GA (Tucker & Buckhead)

We are seeking a full-time Endodontist to join a well-established, highly respected specialty practice serving patients and referring dentists throughout the greater Atlanta area. The position will be split between established locations in Tucker and Buckhead, providing access to a strong and diverse referral base across the metro area.

The practice is dedicated exclusively to endodontic care and has built its reputation around clinical excellence, advanced technology, patient comfort, and strong relationships with referring dentists. This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist who wants the autonomy of a doctor-led specialty practice combined with the resources and infrastructure of a larger specialty dental partnership.

Applicants from throughout the U.S. and Canada are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be eligible for Georgia dental licensure and willing to relocate to the Atlanta area if necessary.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Established Specialty Practice & Referral Network:

Step into an established endodontic practice with longstanding relationships with general dentists and other dental professionals throughout the Atlanta metro area. A strong referral network helps provide consistent patient flow and allows the Endodontist to focus primarily on clinical care.

Advanced Endodontic Technology:

Practice with modern technology and equipment designed specifically for specialty endodontic treatment, including CBCT imaging, operating microscopes, digital workflows, and well-equipped operatories.

Comprehensive Endodontic Care:

Treat a broad range of endodontic cases, including root canal therapy, retreatments, diagnosis of complex dental pain, and other specialty endodontic procedures.

Doctor-Led Clinical Environment:

Maintain meaningful clinical autonomy and control over treatment decisions while benefiting from experienced operational and administrative support.

Experienced Clinical & Administrative Team:

Work alongside trained clinical staff and experienced team members who understand the unique needs of a busy specialty practice.

National Specialty Support Platform:

The practice is supported by a doctor-led specialty dental partnership focused exclusively on specialty dentistry. This provides access to centralized resources in areas such as recruiting, marketing, operations, credentialing, technology, and practice development while allowing doctors to maintain their clinical independence and local practice identity.

Long-Term Growth Opportunities:

The broader organization supports specialists at multiple stages of their careers and offers opportunities for continued professional development, leadership, and long-term career growth.

Relocation, Licensing & Credentialing Assistance:

Support is available to help qualified candidates navigate Georgia licensure, credentialing, relocation, and onboarding, making the transition into the practice as seamless as possible.

Why Atlanta?

Two Excellent Practice Markets:

Split your schedule between Tucker and Buckhead, giving you exposure to two distinct and established Atlanta-area communities and patient populations.

Growing Metro Area:

The Atlanta region continues to attract new residents and businesses, supporting strong long-term demand for dental and specialty healthcare services.

Lifestyle & Entertainment:

Atlanta offers an outstanding combination of restaurants, professional sports, concerts, cultural attractions, parks, and outdoor recreation.

Easy Travel:

With Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta provides exceptional access to destinations throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Quality of Life:

Enjoy a major metropolitan area with diverse housing options, established suburbs, mild winters, and convenient access to North Georgia's mountains and lakes.

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency/program
  • Eligible for dental licensure in Georgia
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality specialty care
  • New graduates and experienced Endodontists are encouraged to apply

About the COMP & BENEFITS:

Receive $2,000 per month during the first year to help offset student loan obligations while building your patient base — up to $24,000 in first-year assistance.

Relocation Assistance:

Relocation support is negotiable based on the candidate and circumstances.

Continuing Education:

Receive a $2,500 annual CE allowance to support advanced clinical training, courses, travel, and continued professional development.
