Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a Full-Time Endodontist for a premier, multi-location endodontic group in Port Orange, Florida Join a "patient-first" practice dedicated to changing the perception of root canal therapy through advanced technology and a calming environment.

Commission-Based Pay: 40% – 45% of Collections

What You’ll Do:
Advanced Procedures: Perform non-surgical root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and internal bleaching
Pediatric Care: Provide specialized endodontic treatments for children, including apexogenesis and apexification
Technology Integration: Utilize GentleWave® technology, operating microscopes, and laser-assisted techniques
Diagnostics: Leverage Cone Beam CT (CBCT) and digital X-rays for precise treatment planning
Collaborative Care: Work with a regional team to ensure seamless patient transitions and high satisfaction scores
Requirements:
Active Florida Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one)
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Certificate in Endodontics from an ADA-accredited post-graduate program
New graduates completing their residency are welcome to apply
Compassionate bedside manner with a focus on easing patient anxiety and dental phobia
