Join our Workplace Technology team, delivering and supporting technology solutions for ASX staff. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for technology across the business, helping people get the most out of the tools and platforms they use every day. From solving issues on the spot to guiding staff through training and supporting events of all sizes, you’ll take ownership of requests end- to-end and ensure every interaction is positive and engaging.


Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a positive and seamless technology experience for all ASX staff.

  • Provide end to end support for IT requests raised via phone, email, ticketing system and in-person.

  • Ensure requests are logged accurately within the internal ticketing system (ServiceNow) to support reporting and issue analysis.

  • Action requests within appropriate time frames.

  • Install, configure, support hardware and software for ASX staff

  • Assist in identifying root causes and resolving recurring or major issues.

  • Support audio-visual systems, meeting rooms and event facilities.

  • Participate in an on-call roster and provide out-of-hours support as required.

  • This is a fully office-based role (5 days per week), primarily located at the ASX office in Sydney CBD, with occasional support

  • required for the Gore Hill office, as well as remotely across offices in Australia and internationally will be periodically required

  • Experience supporting, administering, and managing key enterprise platforms, including:

  • ‒ Active Directory

  • ‒ Microsoft SCCM / Intune

  • ‒ Windows 11

  • ‒ Microsoft 365 and Azure AD

  • ‒ Remote connectivity and VPN

  • Experience supporting or working with Audio Visual (AV) technologies.

  • A solid understanding of ITIL practices and service management principles.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and enterprise software.

  • Experience supporting a broad range of corporate, financial and development applications and platforms

  • ITIL Certification (or an interest in service management practices).

  • Experience with Windows Group Policy environments.

  • Skills in application packaging and deployment.

  • Exposure to supporting Virtual Machine environments.

  • Experience with device lifecycle management.

  • Supporting walk-up / front of house IT support environments.

  • Exposure to PowerShell or basic scripting for automation and efficiency
