Digital Collaboration & Workplace exists to deliver seamless employee productivity and collaboration experiences to all Vestas employees. We do this by providing products, processes, and governance around digital touchpoints, constantly optimizing end-to-end digital experience.

Responsibilities

The End User Succes Managerwill focus on enabling the organizationthrough improving end-user awareness, capabilities and maturity with use of tools and services while owning our end-user communication channels and engagement which is used to communicate and inspire about the services and tools.

Further, the main responsibilities will include

• Increase adoption and user experience towards end-users and customers across the business organization, and plan, promote and execute training sessions on various levels for productivity and collaboration tools - both tool specific and theme-based sessions
• Become a trusted advisor to departments and business units with boosting their productivity and collaborative abilities
• Usage and impact analysis: Track and measure the usage and impact of services and applications across the portfolio to define areas for future improvements and additional efforts
• Build, implement and conduct consultancy offerings available for self-service booking by business individuals, departments, or units, covering specific tools and themes like personal productivity, efficient group collaboration, high quality business meetings, prompt engineering etc
• Write Knowledge Base articles and manage our Productivity Portal site by writing news posts and tool guidance, video presentations, etc
• Execute Adoption Change Management campaigns on an ongoing basis, founded on specific focus areas and metrics analysis
• Schedule and plan Change Management efforts when implementing new tools or services, including target audience analysis, stakeholder management, communication efforts, use case scenarios, qualitative feedback loops, usage metrics, reinforcement initiatives etc

Qualifications

We welcome candidates with a broad and diverse background as we believe there are many ways in which someone can acquire their qualifications for this position. The main qualifications we are looking for would be that

• You hold a relevant educational background on Bachelor or Master level within IT, Informatics, communication or alike
• You bring an interest in the Modern Work field and how technology can affect work culture, collaboration, productivity, and mobility
• You have extensive experience working in agile product teams (Scrum/Kanban), facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and refinements and aligning UX, developers, architects, and business stakeholders toward common outcomes
• You bring expert level knowledge of and experience with various productivity and collaboration tools, such as all the Microsoft Office 365 tools, GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Creative Suite Apps etc.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken, and is culturally sensitive to those you will work with across the world.

Additional information

Your work location will be Aarhus, Denmark, where other team members and stakeholders are located. You are expected to work in-office at least 3 days per week, and should expect approximately 10-20 annual travel days in this role.
