You'll work closely with our technology teams to design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring it's aligned with our business goals and objectives. What you do
Partner with Service and Engineering teams to deliver the regional strategy, architecture, and roadmap for endpoint, mobile device, and automation platforms across multiple geographies in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
Provide senior technical leadership and serve as the global subject matter expert for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.
Collaborate closely with Risk, Security, Architecture, and Compliance functions to strengthen operational resilience, enhance risk posture, and ensure audit readiness across all supported regions.
Lead the implementation, certification, and adoption of new products, platforms, and software releases, ensuring alignment with approved technology roadmaps and regional deployment requirements.
Oversee the resolution of complex, cross-regional workplace technology issues, providing deep engineering oversight, root cause analysis, and sustainable remediation.
Evaluate emerging technologies, product capabilities, and vendor roadmaps, balancing innovation with stability, security, cost efficiency, and operational scalability.
Work closely with regional IT leaders and service partners to drive architecture alignment, platform consistency, and high-quality execution across countries and time zones.
Act as a technical spokesperson and thought leader for Workplace Technology, representing the function in global forums, steering committees, and senior leadership engagements.
Build, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams across regions, strengthening technical capabilities, leadership bench strength, and succession pipelines.
Drive automation and self-service capabilities within Workplace Technology to reduce ticket volumes, accelerate fulfilment, and improve operational efficiency.
Establish and enforce automation governance in alignment with Security and Risk requirements, delivering measurable, data-driven outcomes.
Design and implement zero/low-touch automation and proactive endpoint remediation (across Intune, SCCM, and Jamf) to prevent incidents and enhance user experience.
Enable frontline support teams through intuitive diagnostics, guided workflows, and automated troubleshooting to accelerate issue resolution.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline, with 10+ years of experience in endpoint or workplace engineering.
Strong track record in managing large-scale, multi-region endpoint platforms using SCCM, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Microsoft Intune.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise endpoint security solutions, including the Microsoft Defender suite, within regulated environments.
Advanced scripting and automation expertise in PowerShell and Python; working knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred.
Solid understanding of technology risk management, security controls, and regulatory compliance, with experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions; relevant certifications are advantageous.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex, systemic issues at enterprise scale across multiple platforms and interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to both senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently while managing multiple concurrent initiatives across regions and time zones.
Strong track record of driving operational excellence, including process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement at scale.
Extensive experience working within matrixed, globally distributed organisations, collaborating effectively with regional IT, security, architecture teams, and external service providers.
