EU Account Manager oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments; identify volume and strategic customers; and develop partnerships. Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations. Conduct make-versus-buy analysis from a partnership/acquisition perspective.

You will report to the Sales Manager End-user

Main Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed the annual sales target by maximizing business opportunities in assigned accounts.

  • Develop and implement account plans for all assigned accounts.
  • Lead the efforts of Rockwell Automation resources to provide Rockwell Automation solutions, products, and services to customers.
  • Coordinate sales programs and activities according to regional goals.
  • Manage objections and manage a pipeline of opportunities, negotiating profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with all sales teams to expand market reach, ensure sales coverage, and guarantee proper order management.
  • Develop, use, and share successful concepts and ideas to showcase Rockwell Automation's capabilities.
  • Build business relationships with accounts by understanding their organization, developing a business relationship with senior management, identifying decision-makers, and understanding their business, strategy, and goals.
  • Focus on growth opportunities that support Rockwell Automation's market strategy.
  • Understand business models and how to use them, including interpreting financial statements.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Bachelor of Science, degree in Business, Engineering or related areas
  • English in a good communicative level, both spoken and written

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • 5 or more years of experience in similar industries
  • Acquisition of new clients within the existing portfolio
  • Experience in industrial automation or software (MES, IIoT, or cybersecurity).
