Technology Strategy & Vision Develop and communicate the long-term roadmap for ZEISS EyeCare Network by identifying and assessing emerging technologies and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Solution Ownership Define the end-to-end solution and ensure all software, devices and partner tools work together to create a cohesive platform.
Stakeholder Management Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to align direction and delivery of the solution.
Feature Prioritisation Lead the prioritisation of features based on market needs and value creation. Ensuring that this prioritisation is aligned and agreed with relevant stakeholders and technical teams from MED and VIS.
Partner Review Lead the review of 3rd party solutions to ensure they fit within the end-to-end solution. Once reviewed, if agreed, then lead the integration of the solution into the ZECN ecosystem.
Support and Training Work with platforms owners and technical teams to ensure relevant support and training are available for the platforms that make up the ZECN service.
Budget Management Ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and that relevant teams are ensuring value for money during development.
University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field or clinical background within Eye Care e.g. Optometrist
Advanced experience in eye care / optical or digital health with deep understanding of eye-care pathways and screening devices e.g. fundus cameras, tonometers, OCT etc)
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare projects, programmes or products, ideally in the field of eye health
Experience/knowledge in regulated environments is a plus e.g., medical devices
Demonstrable success in managing/working within cross-functional teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, R&D, and clinical teams to achieve project/programme objectives
Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and external partners effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences in understandable formats
Fluent written and spoken English skills
