You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. The shift will start at 5:00 am and end at 1:30 pm Monday through Friday depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:

• Operates a variety of stamping, forming, piercing, drawing and welding equipment to manufacture a variety of sheet metal parts.
• Monitor processes to assure proper application of Fabrication Quality standards
• Must be a team player and machine partner when working a two-man operation.
• Must know HMS transfer.

Qualifications:

• Must pass Tech I evaluation in 30 Days
• Steel toe shoes required at employee’s expense.
• Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
