About the Role:
Responsible for training employment skills and implementing individual’s objectives in the areas of self-help, academic, recreational/leisure, vocational and career preparation. Emphasis is placed on working with the Employee to function as independently as possible. Enclave Supervisor will perform job tasks along with the Employee to train and instruct them on the proper way of performing the assigned task. Enclave Supervisor will need to be able to be creative in training techniques in order to make the enclave site productive. Enclave Supervisor will need to oversee the enclave site to include that all individuals are producing quality work. Supervisor must be able to develop the individual skills towards independence employment.

What You’ll Need:
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has direct supervisory responsibility to the employee that the position oversees on the enclave site. Also, provide coverage support to residential services during inclement weather.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a day program and manufacturing setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, calculators, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Other equipment used pallet jacks, hand trucks, bailers, forklift and dollies.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, utilize industrial equipment while performing on the job training with employees and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Travel:
Travel for meetings and training is required.
Drive routes to transport Employee to and from Day Services.
