Encapsulation Operator - R&D Support
Nutracap | Atlanta, GA | Full-Time

Nutracap is a GMP certified, FDA registered contract supplement manufacturer seeking an experienced Encapsulation Operator to support its R&D department. This is not a standard production floor role. The right candidate will work directly with the R&D team on small batch runs, sample production, formula adjustments, and product development troubleshooting.

What You Will Do

• Operate encapsulation machines for small batch and sample runs in an R&D environment
• Work with raw materials including powders and active ingredients for nutraceutical and dietary supplement formulations
• Perform capsule weight checks, encapsulation setup, and machine troubleshooting
• Support formula adjustments during product development cycles
• Maintain compliance with GMP requirements throughout all production activities
• Document production runs accurately and consistently

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience running encapsulation machines - required
• Understanding of powder flow, capsule fill weight, and encapsulation troubleshooting
• Experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• GMP knowledge and adherence - required
• Experience with small batch runs and R&D or sample production preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working in a development environment where formulas evolve

Compensation: $45,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
