About Chorus
Chorus is a WA-based organisation that works with communities and alongside people to support them to live the life they choose at home and in the community, with a particular focus on seniors and people living with disability and mental illness.
We’ve designed a structure that focuses less on management and hierarchy and more on the things that matter - relationships, customers, and communities! Our network of small local teams enables Chorus people to be more connected to each other and feel a sense of belonging.
About the Role
Chorus is seeking a proven and values-led Enabling Leader with demonstrated leadership experience across a diverse range of care models, including aged care, mental health and disability. This role is critical to ensuring our systems, processes and culture enable exceptional, person-centred care across our unique local operating model.
You will have a strong understanding of current aged care regulatory and funding environments and apply sound clinical and operational judgement to support quality outcomes, compliance and continuous improvement, while championing a digital-first approach.
Working in close partnership with Chorus staff and our customers, you will ensure our enabling systems empower local teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
