Job Description

Promon is scaling internationally, with teams spread across countries and time zones. Enablement happens across the company today, but in pockets, without a shared structure or cadence. We’re now hiring a colleague to own and organize enablement company-wide.

That’s where you come in. As our Enablement Program Manager, you will shape how Promon builds capability. You’ll design and run the enablement operating model: the shared framework, standards and cadence behind all enablement across Product, Tech, Sales and Corporate. You’ll hold the single overview of enablement at Promon and make sure it happens.

You’ll report to our Chief People Officer, while also working closely with executive and senior leadership, people leaders, sales leadership and frontline managers advising, influencing and orchestrating across the business.

What You’ll Do

Company-wide enablement and operating model:

• Design and own a company-wide enablement operating model: a shared framework, annual calendar, cadence and quality standards
• Hold the single company-wide overview of enablement, with clear visibility of what’s happening across Product, Tech, Sales and Corporate
• Ensure enablement programs are in place, scheduled and delivered in line with high standards
• Provide program and instructional design support. You orchestrate, content owners deliver the material
• Define what good looks like and measure it: set success measures for enablement and report progress against strategy

Sales enablement:

• Own the structure and cadence for sales readiness across product, positioning, methodology and process, including demo and proof of concept (POC) excellence
• Lead launch readiness for the commercial team at new product launches
• Drive adoption of the shared sales methodology and sales behavior

People development:

• Own the company-wide onboarding journey and framework
• Own the company-wide learning and development framework, including related development programs
• Lead AI enablement and transformation: drive adoption of AI in how we work and run the AI upskilling cadence

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience owning enablement programs in a scaling tech or security business, across onboarding and sales and technical readiness, with the commercial and product fluency to prioritize and challenge
• A proactive builder who creates structure, secures mandate and drives adoption
• Outcome- and value-oriented: you set clear measures of success and are comfortable being held accountable for adoption, business impact and pace
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management: you hold a company-wide overview, orchestrate across Product, Tech, Sales and Corporate without direct authority, and communicate clearly and concisely with executives
• Hands-on and program-led: you build modular, reusable programs, deliver selected modules yourself and run the wider program through subject-matter experts
• A practical approach, grounded in the business and in real work experience
• Fluent in English (working language)

Where You'll Work:

This role is based at our Oslo office if you are located in Norway, or remote if you are based in Germany, the UK, or elsewhere in Europe. We are also open to other European locations as long as you are available to travel. If you're a great fit, let's talk!
