Enablement Manager, Sr.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and design programs to address them.
• Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and resources to support employees and partners in achieving their goals.
• Leverage AI as a thought partner and strategic tool to maximize outputs and value contribution.
• Manage the enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing training, and performance support.
• Measure and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between product teams and customer-facing roles to ensure alignment on messaging and solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Mentor/coach team members.
• Identify areas for process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in enablement, training, or a related field, preferably in a technology or software-focused (Saas) environment.
• Experience facilitating enablement and training workshops in person with senior audiences.
• Communication and presentation skills including delivering presentations and training to all levels of an organization.
• Experience developing and delivering enablement content, both in-person and virtually.
• Experience measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs.
• Experience developing enablement content for enterprise software solutions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on a global team supporting a global workforce.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
• Experience working with a variety of enablement and revenue platforms and software.
