Location: Remote
We are looking for an Enablement Specialist who is passionate about equipping our teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. This role is first and foremost focused on building and delivering high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in team performance and business outcomes.
You will be expected to partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to identify gaps, design solutions, and deliver enablement that sticks. At the same time, this is not just a training role. We expect this individual to operate with an AI-forward mindset, leveraging AI tools and automation to create more effective, scalable, and personalized learning experiences. This means using AI to streamline content creation, enhance training delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and measure the impact of enablement programs.
You will own key enablement initiatives across the customer lifecycle–from onboarding new hires to upskilling tenured team members on new products, messaging, and processes. You will build programs that are engaging, actionable, and directly tied to business results.
