The LATAM Support Enablement team makes sure agents across Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico have the knowledge and skills they need to support SumUp's merchants from day one. As we bring new markets into the operation and prepare external teams to support us, the scope of training and knowledge adoption is growing fast, and this role is being created to give it the focus it deserves.
