Responsibilities:
工作职责:
解决方案业务拓展经理(Gamma)将会负责放射线测量在目标行业的业务拓展,并目标成为相关解决方案的专家。
销售导向。
制定和实施行业相关的解决方案业务发展计划,以捕捉行业趋势和完成公司制定的销售目标(SSK维度)。
整合资源并建立良好的客户关系,制定赢标策略,并向目标行业/客户推广解决方案。
管理解决方案业务的项目pipeline(包括赢失分析),并做合理的滚动式预测。
识别有效的业务机会,并与售前支持团队合作,制作有竞争力的方案。
与销售合作,追踪赢取项目。
与生产厂、集团Solution和中国销售中心的销售部/解决方案部/市场部等相关部门,紧密合作。
完成上级经理交待的其它工作
Requirement:
工作要求:
本科以上学历,自动化、仪表、电气,或放射线测量相关专业
5年以上工作经验,有至少2年相关领域或油气化工行业的项目销售经验者优先
具备条理性的系统化分析能力:剖析现状,提出措施,实施与跟进
良好的沟通、演讲和自学能力
有责任心,积极主动的工作态度
热爱挑战,享受推动业务
流利的英语听说读写能力优先
能适应频繁的出差
