The LEGO EMV (Element and Mould Validation) team is looking for its newest member!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the final evaluation of the elements on all parameters (weight, measurements, function and visual) and have the mandate to reject or approve an element and by that be the ambassadors for the right LEGO quality level
  • Ensure the documentation is updated and ready to pass on to next step in the chain
  • Participate in escalations representing Element Qualification
  • Support internal and external stakeholders
  • Take an active role in supporting the strategic areas for the department by understanding the short-term opportunities for change
  • Be active in collaboration with other teams while supporting colleagues
  • Active involvement in project execution, including both participation and leadership responsibilities
  • Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices

Do you have what it takes?

  • Preferable degree from any relevant faculty (for example QA Engineer/Mechanical Engineer)
  • Proven experience from manufacturing industry (Quality experience is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in handling general quality tools (FMEA, LEAN, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA)
  • Data driven approach - Power BI or other reporting tools related knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Good communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Proactivity, quality-oriented while keeping the focus on continuous improvement
