Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work directly with physicians and clinical staff
Gain real-world experience in an interventional pain management practice
Supportive and collaborative team environment
Cross-training opportunities and professional growth
Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
Excellent experience for pre-PA, pre-med, nursing, and healthcare students
Assist providers with patient care and clinical documentation
Take vital signs and update medical histories
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Educate patients regarding upcoming procedures and follow-up care
Coordinate prescriptions, referrals, and medical clearances
Communicate with pharmacies and outside providers
Support both front and back office operations as needed
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and uphold HIPAA standards
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Medical Assistant, EMT, or healthcare experience preferred
Strong computer and typing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate approach to patient care
Eagerness to learn and grow
