EMS Trainer / Personal Trainer
Locations: Mayfair, Richmond & Westminster, London

Vive Fitness is expanding, and we’re looking to bring passionate, high-quality trainers into our growing Personal Training team across our Mayfair, Richmond, and Westminster studios.

We are currently recruiting EMS Trainers (or Personal Trainers interested in upskilling). Experience with EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a fun, focused, and professional fitness coach who thrives in a high-end boutique environment. You’ll deliver EMS sessions, build strong member relationships, and contribute to the growth and culture of Vive Fitness.

Your ability to motivate members, attention to detail, and friendly demeanour are key to creating the premium experience our members expect.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified: Minimum Level 3 Personal Training Certification (or equivalent)

• EMS Experience: Preferred but not essential — full EMS training provided

• Personality-Driven: Friendly, confident, and engaging

• Professional: Detail-oriented with high standards of service

• Motivational: Able to inspire and retain members

• Team Player: Proactive, innovative, and collaborative

• Well-Rounded: Experience in marketing, sales, or member relations is desirable but not essential

Your Responsibilities

As an EMS Personal Trainer, your typical day will include:

• Conducting EMS training sessions with members

• Providing guidance on Vive Fitness services

• Building and maintaining strong member relationships

• CRM management, including monitoring bookings and memberships

• Supporting studio operations and maintaining equipment standards

• Assisting with sales, marketing, and business development

• Supporting social media and marketing initiatives

• Creating a positive, professional, and welcoming studio environment

• Contributing ideas to help grow Vive Fitness beyond EMS sessions

Hours & Contract

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Shifts include weekdays and weekends

• Studio locations across Mayfair, Richmond & Westminster
