Weekend Rotation:

Every OtherJoin Allina Health EMS as an EMS Inventory Technician and support lifesaving care by ensuring critical supplies and equipment are ready for use in a trusted, hospital‑based EMS system.

Key Position Details:

  • 1 FTE (40 hours per 2 weeks)
  • 10 hour day/evening/night shift
  • Every other weekend rotation

Prepares vehicles and equipment for service by cleaning, stocking and testing. Maintains inventory of vehicles and equipment and performs trouble shooting.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Prepares vehicles for service.
    • Prepares bags and bins with supplies and equipment.
    • Stocks vehicles.
    • Cleans and disinfects vehicles and equipment for service.
  • Maintains inventory.
    • Assigns vehicles and equipment.
    • Performs basic vehicle trouble shooting.
    • Calibrates equipment for deployment and reports deficiencies.
  • Maintains work area.
    • Cleans, sweeps, mops and disinfects garage.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description


Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED


Licenses/Certifications

  • Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment


Physical Demands

  • Medium Work:
  • Lifting weight up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently

Pay Range

Pay Range: $20.03 to $28.54 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
