This role sits within our Youth department and ensures our service users find suitable employment or remain employed.
About the role:
The Employment Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering structured pre‑employment and employability training that prepares participants to secure and sustain suitable work. They deliver group‑based and tailored sessions covering core workplace behaviours, confidence building, communication, CV and interview skills, jobsearch techniques, health and safety, digital skills and wellbeing, ensuring content is accessible and adapted to different cohorts and needs.
This role will require travel around East Midlands.
