Salary Range: $21.50 - $21.50 Hourly, Under the direct supervision of the PE2 Project Director, the Employment Specialist works directly with adults and Transition Age Youth (TAY) clients to support long-term recovery through vocational and employment readiness assessments, job skills training, job search assistance, interview preparation, and ongoing support to maintain employment. When employment is not attainable, the Employment Specialist assists clients with identifying and applying for available benefits to support stability and continued recovery.

Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record. An unacceptable driving record includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Other driving related violations may be considered unacceptable. At time of job offer, submission of 36 month (three year) driving record from DMV will be required. These standards must be maintained throughout employment and up-to-date driving records are reviewed regularly for current employees.
