In this role, you will develop and implement individualized career planning and job placement services. You will forge relationships with employers and support your clients on their journey toward vocational success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement individualized career planning and job placement services.
· Create and foster relationships with employers to enhance competitive, integrated employment opportunities.
· Support clients and advocate for their needs with employers, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
· Conduct client orientations to explain services and discuss their rights and responsibilities.
· Educate employers about the advantages of hiring individuals with disabilities. · Analyze local labor market trends to assist clients effectively.
· Maintain regular communication with referral sources regarding client progress and opportunities. · Respond to crises with clients at work sites, providing necessary supports.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

· A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required;
· An associate's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited institution is preferred.
· At least one year of experience providing employment services.

Additional Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
· Current auto insurance and completion of a thorough background check, including criminal record and abuse/neglect.
· Must provide evidence of being free of infectious diseases, such as TB, prior to employment and annually thereafter.

Physical Requirements:

· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects, including the human body.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
· Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
