Berks Personnel Network, a division of Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., is searching for an Employment Specialist The Employment Specialist provides assessment, job development, training and follow-up support for assigned individuals. Responsibilities include networking and actively seeking competitive employment opportunities for individuals with challenges. Must be a self-starter willing to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to work independently within the community.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. flexible. These are great work hours with paid Holidays starting day one of employment for full time employees!!

This position starts at $19.00 an hour.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates will posses at a minimum a Bachelor's Degree
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Bilingual is a plus
• Valid PA Driver's License
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• FBI Clearance (Department of Human Services)
• Child Abuse Clearance
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
