Location: High Wycombe (HP13 6LA)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: £28,438 rising to £30,253 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.

The Role
Are you passionate about helping people reach their potential? As an Employment Skills Trainer/Facilitator, you'll deliver high-impact, engaging training to support individuals in developing the skills they need to secure meaningful employment. This includes both group workshops and 1:1 sessions, covering everything from CV writing and digital skills to interview preparation and career planning.
