The Employment Services Coordinator is responsible to carry out generalist Human Resource functions using a team approach. The incumbent assists managers and supervisors with recruitment, retention and internal staffing processes including but not limited to posting, advertising, processing new hires, transfers, resignations and orientation. These functions must be consistent with collective agreements and the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • 1+ years experience in Human Resources

Education

  • Graduate from a recognized post secondary program

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
